Terms of Service
These terms apply to private piano lessons and related services offered by Pianostudio Kade, Oudegracht 188, 3511 NP Utrecht, Netherlands.
1. Lessons
Lessons are one to one and take place at the studio address unless otherwise agreed. Lesson length and frequency are agreed when you enrol. A free trial lesson does not create an ongoing obligation for either party.
2. Fees and payment
Current fees are listed on the Lessons page and may be updated with reasonable notice. Invoices are typically issued monthly and payable within the period stated on the invoice. Family discounts apply as described on the fees page.
3. Cancellation
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the lesson. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full lesson rate, except in cases of sudden illness notified as soon as practicable.
4. Holidays and studio closures
School holiday periods and studio closures are communicated in advance. Missed lessons due to studio closure are not charged or are rescheduled by agreement.
5. Student concerts
Participation in studio concerts is optional. Performance does not affect lesson fees.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care for students on the premises. Personal belongings remain your responsibility. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Dutch law and does not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence.
7. Website
Website content is informative. Lesson places depend on availability. Contact details and forms are provided so you can enquire; submitting a form is not a booking until confirmed by us.
8. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy under Dutch AVG / GDPR rules.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved amicably; otherwise the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
