Privacy Policy
Pianostudio Kade (“we”, “us”) processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as implemented in the Netherlands by the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). The Dutch supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP).

2. Data we collect
- Contact details you send us (name, email, phone, message content)
- Student and parent details needed for scheduling and invoicing
- Technical data such as cookie preferences stored locally on your device
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and arranging lessons — performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Invoicing and administration — legal obligation and contract (Art. 6(1)(b)(c))
- Website operation and cookie consent records — legitimate interests and, where required, consent (Art. 6(1)(f)(a))
4. Retention
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to reply and follow up. Student records and invoices are retained as required under Dutch tax and commercial rules, then deleted or anonymised.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use processors (for example email or hosting providers) bound by data-processing agreements. Data is not transferred outside the EEA unless adequate safeguards apply.
6. Your rights
Under the AVG / GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
7. Children
When we teach minors, we process parent or guardian contact details with care and only as needed for lessons and communication.
